	The variety on non-trivial problems to had be solved within the blue-c project made it an excellent platform for application oriented research and Ph.D. related work in all of the involved research disciplines. Having the blue-c as a common vision, the project participants learned how to work with major components of cutting edge technology as the designers of complex systems and algorithms. During the blue-c project, we experienced a tangible increase of output by joint publications.
